We acquire commercial ground leases (also known as ground rents). That is ground leases secured on commercial assets such as hotels; well located office blocks; and care homes, amongst other asset classes.
This can be the acquisition of a leasehold or a freehold interest, which is then subject to a very long leasehold or sub leasehold interest held by you or your client. This can be applicable if you are a developer; owner of a commercial investment; or are looking for a competent party to come in with you on a commercial investment.
We are happy to acquire directly or through agents, and are well positioned for new acquisitions.Such commercial assets can be new build; conversions of existing or even historic buildings.
